The Process of Accreditation

Accreditation is the formal recognition by an accreditation authority to the technical and organizational competence of a conformity assessment body to carry out a specific service in accordance to the standards and technical regulations as described in their scope of accreditation.

1. Registration Form & Standardized questionnaire

If a Fitness, Wellness, SPA & Beauty Center, Hotel, Pension, Medical Center or Golf-Tennis & Squash Resort are aware of the high standards and has confidence in fulfilling the basic criteria to get Accreditation, must get in touch directly with our head office, and we will send you a basic criteria, to evaluate free of charge your Center.

2. Pre-Examination

In maximum 3 days our professional staff including international experts will communicate you the results , the category and level you reach, and off course the costs ( including the travel expenses for finale audit inspection and accreditation )

3. Audit for Examination and Accreditation

Once you past the pre-evaluation , and you agree for the category and level we recommend according to your standard and facilities , and after you transfer the fees ( for extensive audit with 1.000 criteria for big hotels based on national and international legislation, and inspection of your establishment ) we will start the procedure.

4. Accreditation

In 30 days after we agree for a date we will start the audit with one of our International expert and your area manager ( or a person from Top management ) analyzing and evaluating according to all International high quality standard procedure, for the finale accreditation valid for 3 years, and beside all this we will work together with your professional staff to certify them with the latest programs and services in the field.

5. Re-Accreditation

Before expire the Accreditation ( 2 months ) we will send you the official applications form, and exactly like we do during this year's we will support you to extend-it.

6. Accreditation mark

The Accreditation permits to use the sign EFWSA for Category and Level mentioned in certification, at letters, advertising promo campaign and signals..

EFWSA Seal indicates International accepted HIGH STANDARDS.

The EFWSA Accreditation is a mark of TOP QUALITY.
